As the founder of Rose-Raine Safety Consulting, she delivers expert remote and virtual consulting services with a focus on ergonomics, disability management, and psychological health and safety. Known for her professionalism, insight, and ethical leadership, Melinda partners with organizations to build safer, more inclusive environments that support both compliance and culture.
